Konieczny Wierzbicki Law Firm as a Leader in “Real Estate Law” and a Recommended Firm in “New Technologies and IT”, “Corporate and Commercial Law”

We are proud to announce that our law firm has been recognized three times in this year’s “Rzeczpospolita” 2021 Law Firm Ranking.

In the 19th edition of the Law Firm Ranking we were once again awarded the title of Leader in the “Real Estate Law” category, and once again the professionalism of Marcin Wierzbicki – Leader in “Real Estate Law” – who specializes in corporate law, real estate law and investment process, was also recognized.

In this year’s edition, we received as many as two distinctions as a Recommended Law Firm in the categories: “New Technologies and IT” and “Corporate and Commercial Law“. Once again, the participants of the Ranking recommended a lawyer Michał Konieczny in the “New technologies and IT” category – a specialist in TMT law, with vast experience in providing legal services in capital market transactions, in particular cross-border mergers and acquisitions of IT companies from all over the world. Whereas in the “Corporate and Commercial Law” category Paulina Opiełka – who specializes in entry and exit transactions, M&A, and corporate services for companies, private equity investors, and venture capital funds – was recognized. We congratulate her on such great awards and wish her further success on her legal path.

We are honored to be shortlisted again. Each real estate transaction is both a challenge and a pleasure for us. This makes us all the more grateful for the recognition we have received in this field. As a law firm, we appreciate the innovation and visionary nature of entrepreneurs – hence we are delighted that our involvement in the development of new technologies has been recognized. This year our Law Firm has also been ranked 76th according to the number of attorneys-at-law and legal advisors. This is a great achievement for us, which shows that we are constantly developing. To all lawyers and attorneys-at-law, thank you for being with us!

The Rzeczpospolita Ranking of Law Firms is an annual event that identifies the best law firms (operating in Poland) in selected categories. Last year, our Law Firm was distinguished, among others, in the ranking for the most effective market adaptation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Two years ago, we were recommended for “TMT Law” and “Real Estate Law”. We were also singled out as “The law firm that demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship when handling transactions”.
