Mariusz Purgał

He specialises in legal and financial advisory related to the management of financial standing in crisis situations including bankruptcy and restructuring law. 

He has carried out projects including analysis of the financial situation and assesing insolvency, taking active part in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings representing both debtors and creditors.

He presented his experience gained in legal practice during numerous conferences, trainings and business workshops.

He also has an extensive experience in commercial law advising large enterprises, including listed companies.

He graduated from Jagiellonian University (law) in 2011 and the University of the West of Scotland (Bachelor of Arts with Honors – law). Attorney-at-law since 2015 (District Bar Council in Krakow).

He is a member of the INSO Section of Allerhand Institute and the European Association of Insolvency Practitioners. He is also one of Polish expert working for the World Bank in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring law.
