Konieczny Wierzbicki handled on behalf of the client a transaction involving the purchase of real estate in Kraków, intended for a student dormitory. It was necessary to conduct detailed due diligence and analyse public information, a land and mortgage register and easements records, information about the seller and his contracts, land features, issued decisions, easements, access to a public road and local spatial development plan.
The whole real estate team worked on the project to successfully identify all the threats existing on the property.
We drafted and negotiated the easement agreement, as well as the presale and purchase agreements. Several other contracts were concluded.
