Ongoing legal support of the whole process, including the analysis of the legal status of the property – a shopping centre (in reconstruction) – and ongoing advice to our client made it possible to approve the company’s terms of sale.
Representing the buyer, successfully supporting him during organizing the entire transaction, prepared and negotiated the agreements with the bank and the previous owner (as well as the company indicated by him), which were signed later on.
We continue to support the client with the commercialization process.
