Wojciech Armuła

A graduate of the Academy of Economics in Kraków (today the Kraków University of Economics). He also completed the Accounting and Finance for the Advanced post-graduate studies organized by the Kraków Business School of the Kraków University of Economics.
He was involved in the implementation of a number of public offerings at the Warsaw Stock Exchange (e.g. Cyfrowy Polsat, Inteliwise, Rafako, Intersport Polska, Mercator Medical, Ailleron, and Archicom). Between 1999 and 2006, he worked at Polinvest sp. z o.o. as a consultant, implementing and co-implementing projects in terms of valuation of businesses, investment profitability analysis, feasibility studies for infrastructural projects, and business plans for various undertakings. Since 2006, he has been teaching fundamental analysis of businesses at the Kraków School of Business of the Kraków University of Economics. He is an external expert of the Ministry of Energy (since 2016) and the Institute of Oil and Gas (since 2009) in terms of the financial aspects of the energy projects carried out by these institutions. Between 2009 and 2015, he was an expert of the Małopolska Region Center for Entrepreneurship (an assessor in terms of investment operations of businesses). Since 2015, he has also been a European Commission coach (EASME, Horizon 2020 SME Instrument), providing financial consulting and coaching services to SMEs.
